Four or more people form a circle around the being who asked for a mental, physical, or spiritual healing.

Sit with your head held high, direct the palms of your hands toward the point where the healing is needed.

Focused and with intention, repeat the prayer three times times out loud and three times silently.

Visualize White Light flowing from Source, refracted through White Light Foundation guides, into your crown chakra, through your body, out your hands, and into the the area that needs to be healed. Feel the energy.

The person in the center assists by receiving with intention the energy and the healing.

Charisma and conversation can help heal people with mental and spiritual problems. Just use communication with charisma and listen. Some people do this subconsciously. It is effective.

Charisma and humor work very well together. Laughter is a healing system. It relieves stress.

Love and caring can heal. Think of a parent and child. This is a very valid way to heal.

Sounds and tones are effective. Pure vibration through the air will move through a person's body and heal.

An accident will cause energy to be blocked. Removing those blocks will assist healing.

Have the person visualize a ball of White Light moving through their body. As it moves, it clears negative energy and heals.

Will power that comes from the analytical mind can heal. Quit smoking, drinking, or doing drugs. Use intention with decision, commitmennt, and action to quit. It can be done.

Prayer. This is a manifestation you make with Source so that you can be healthier--mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is done with intention. It is powerful.

Another way to heal is by using White Light to touch the extremities, fingers and toes. It will get the energy flowing in the person.
